Crestwood Village III is a 55+ co-op located in Whiting, NJ. The co-op was formed in 1972 and provides 1010 homes for prospective buyers. The homes range from efficiencies to stand alone homes with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. The homes and surrounding grounds are managed by a committee of trustees that are volunteers that reside in the Village. All co-op purchases are cash only, no mortgages allowed nor rentals.
