Crestwood Village III is a 55+ co-op, covering 175 acres, that is managed by a committee of trustees that are volunteers residing in the Village. They are charged with managing the Village to assure it is financially stable, well maintained and a safe environment for it's residents.
The Village is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the units exteriors, streets and common areas. Services provided include:
Snow plowing of streets and driveways.
Garbage removal
Home gutter cleaning
Courtesy buses
Tree and lawn care
etc.
The Trustees and residents are required to abide by the "Crestwood Village III by laws" which follow.
