Crestwood Village 3 is a 55+ co-op (herein refered to as "Village") located in Whiting, NJ. The Village, covering 175 acres, was formed in 1972 and provides a selection of 1010 homes for residents. Homes range from efficiencies to stand alone units. For information on the home models provided click the "Home Options" tab above. The homes and surrounding grounds are managed by a committee of trustees that are resident volunteers elected to the trustee positions by the Village residents. Being a co-op buyers must pay cash for purchases, no mortgages, and no rentals allowed.
The Village offers a host of in house recreational facilities for residents plus various bus trips. See "Recreation" tab above for details.
The Village is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the unit exteriors, streets and grounds.
