| Crestwood Village III is a 55+ co-op located in Whiting, NJ. The co-op was formed in 1972 and provides a selection of 1010 homes for prospective residents. Homes range from efficiencies to stand alone units. The homes and surrounding grounds are managed by a committee of trustees that are resident volunteers that are elected to the trustee positions by the village residents. As a co-op residents must pay cash for purchases. No mortgages allowed and no rentals. The Village offers a host of recreation facilities for residents. At the clubhouse, Unity Hall, you will find in house recreation facilities (see tab above) plus various bus trips. |
